2008 ANNUAL GALA
On October 24, 2008, The Dave Nee Foundation held its Third Annual Fundraiser: a Casino Night at New York City’s very own Capitale. Along with table games and a memorable No-Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament, attendees enjoyed a silent auction featuring dozens of items including exciting vacations, rare sports, movie, and music memorabilia, and much more.
We would like to extend our gratitude to all of our guests and donors who have so generously supported the Foundation over the past three years. We would not be able to continue our efforts to combat the detrimental effects of depression without all of your support.

2008 SPRING FUNDRAISER
In the Spring of 2008, The David Dawes Nee II Foundation hosted an evening of stand-up comedy with headlined by Emmy Award-winning comedian Jim Florentine at Gotham Comedy Club in New York City. The Foundation wishes to extend its gratitude to those of you who have attended our fundraisers and those of you who took the opportunity to donate. We are pleased that Active Minds, a not-for-profit peer-to-peer organization dedicated to the mental health of college students, and Columbia University’s TeenScreen Program, a national mental health and suicide risk screening program, have been awarded substantial grants from the Foundation thanks to your generosity.
